Automate Hacienda e-invoicing in Costa Rica. Cut manual work and stay compliant.
TicoSync helps Costa Rican merchants manage Hacienda electronic documents without changing their order workflow. It uses existing order, customer, product, fulfillment, refund, and sales channel details to prepare the correct document, then returns status, PDFs, and XMLs to the order for review and accounting. Accepted status, PDFs, XMLs, and recovery actions are returned to the order, so store teams and accountants can review documents in the same place they already work.

We very much wanted to use Shopify for all of its amazing features, but we struggled finding any way to do so while maintaining compliance with Hacienda. We were actually on the verge of switching to another POS system entirely, but finding TicoSync changed everything. It completely opens up Shopify to Costa Rica in a way that I haven't seen anywhere else!
The app has entirely streamlined our accounting workflow by automating invoices, tickets, and credit notes directly from our existing Shopify order data. It returns the official Hacienda status, PDFs, and XMLs directly to each order screen. Our team and our accountants love that all the required tax documentation stays in one central location without changing our daily operations.
On top of a flawless product, their customer service is incredibly good. As a brand new company, they are clearly dedicated to supporting their users, and the peace of mind they provide makes this service worth every single penny.
