Merchants say this app is easy to set up, even for non‑technical users, with pixels and catalogs installed in minutes. Many report much more accurate TikTok tracking, including orders, sales, and events, plus support for multiple pixels and product feeds (sometimes also for Facebook). Catalog integration is described as super easy, and live chat support as fast, patient, and highly effective, especially where TikTok’s official sales channel isn’t available.
It works very well, the price is reasonable, and it has helped me solve many tracking problems.

Surprisingly, the customer support team was very helpful, fast, and efficient.
On the other hand, my experience with TikTok customer service has been extremely disappointing. I've been waiting for over a month to get an issue resolved, and I still don't have an answer. Most of the time, the live agents seem to copy and paste template responses without actually addressing the issue, which is very frustrating. The whole process has been time-consuming and disappointing.
