Amazing app. These guys are professional and know what they are doing. Our previous tiktok pixel is tracking all sorts of wrong data. We had the Omega FB Pixel first and then decided to try their Tiktok pixel too, and oh mine, it's great!

My TikTok pixel tracking was not good, after this app it works. It was a hassle to install at first, but Tracy from the technical team helped me very well with installation. First few days Tracy also helped me check if everything is tracking now. Overall a good app and good service!

Incredible customer support, more importantly than speed they put in effort to help resolve any issues or concerns. Multiple team members at "Omega - Multiple TikTok Pixels" in particular "Lynn" they have helped up multiple times and incredibly fast too! 100% recommend particularly to anyone who has been having issues with multiple pixels, tracking issues, things like that! Would give zero stars if I could.
Omega developers offered to help install the code as tracking wasn't working properly. We asked for specific times that any changes would be made so that we could immediately test as to make sure there was no impact on customers.
They agreed, then ignored this, making the change during the middle of the night and only informing us after the change had been made. The exact opposite of what was agreed. The result was that the code interrupted customers ability to add to basket and we were unable to take any orders until code was reverted. Cost us thousands of £.
Would not recommend, at all.
