Having some tracking issues with the app right now, which hopefully get solved soon. Nevertheless I can say that support is very gentle and really tries to help. Tracy is one of the best customer support guys I have ever been in contact with. Immediately messages when there is an update with the devs and always tries to help and look one step further.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback! We appreciate it.
Our team has noticed your feedback about our tracking results compared to the Shopify report and has explained to you the difference between the two tools. We hope that this information will help!
Please reach out to us via live chat or email at contact@omegatheme.com with any further comments or suggestions you wish to share.
Again, thank you for taking the time to review our app!
Thank you for the 4 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We're glad you're enjoying the TikShop: Feed & Omega Pixel app! If you have any feedback or need assistance, please let us know—we're here to help! 😊🚀
