TinyBackup ‑ バックアップと復元

Tiny Backup is a great app that just saved me from a potential disaster requiring a need to restore my over 3000 products. Tom was great in helping me do this providing a quick response. I strongly recommend this app.

The support team was very friendly, responsive, and quick to investigate the issue. They identified the likely cause of the problem in a short time and kept me informed. Thank you for your help!

The app seems very comprehensive and is easy to set up, and sensibly priced. And Support have always been super helpful.

A great experience. Thanks Tom!

I set up a seven-day trial with TinyBackup in no time at all and had my whole store backed up in minutes.

I did have a question regarding monthly order volumes because, only in November, we peak and have an unusual volume of orders.

Tom looked at our business and offered a custom price, which I really appreciated.

We also use TinySeo and our experience with the installation and service was also top-notch.

Thanks again, Tiny and Tom. Legends!

Tom at TinyBackup was absolutely amazing to deal with. We are using Tiny Backups for both websites and i will be using them for any future websites we build.

The app is simple, reliable, and does exactly what a backup solution should do: quietly protect your store in the background and be ready when you need it.
What really stands out, however, is the support team. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, their response was incredibly fast, professional, and effective.
As a store owner who pays close attention to data protection and GDPR compliance, I also appreciate the transparency of the company behind the app. The developer is based in the United Kingdom and provides clear privacy documentation together with a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
I highly recommend TinyBackup.

Competitive pricing and super simple dash board that anyone can use.. I needed some help after recently installing and the chat option was answered and we sorted my question straight away.. I honestly hope we do not have to use the app to much, but with Shopify and the fact we are bound to using more and more apps to add functionality problems are going to happen as they conflict and with this program we now have a quick and easy solution to help us get the store back to normal.

Intuitive UI, reasonable set of features and very reactive support.
Keep it up, Tom!

The app is strategic (who wants to lose data?), very simple to setup and effective, for a very fair price.

awesome! very easy to use and fast/kind support for any questions. Happy to have this!
