Tipo Appointment Booking

The Tipo Appointment App is the greatest app for any company that needs to use a website appointment program to operate their business more efficiently and profitably. The learning curve to customize the app is very short and easy to learn. Most importantly, the customer service support is responsive and easy to communicate with via text. Don’t purchase another app without test driving this great app first, you won’t be disappointed.

It does almost everything I need! When I reach out to support, they are quick to assist me. Helped me with 2 issues back to back. Very satisfied.

My only suggestions to improve the app:
1. Have the availability to duplicate Services, so you don't have to change all the settings for each new service you create. In my field, I have new services every month, and changing the settings can be tedious.
2. Have the availability to make certain services only available on certain days of the week. The only workaround I have found is to create a blackout for EACH WEEK of the year to blackout consecutive days. It is very tedious.

The Tipo widget is so easy to integrate, this is amazing. A special thanks to the support team who has supported me for all my customization requests, within a very short period of time. Don't hesitate to use Tipo for you appointments booking management !

A very useful tool, that does everything exactly as described. It does take some working out how to set up initially so be sure to look up the documentation before getting frustrated, stick with it and you'll be glad you installed it. If you get too stuck with set up their customer service is also prompt and helpful.

Sept 26 Update - just to re-emphasise the outstanding support from Laura and the team at Tipo. Highlighted an issue we were having and within a short time following direction from Laura had a workable solution in place. More than happy to recommend this app.

We've been using Tipo for the last couple of years.......initially for Flu Vaccination appts. As we used and built trust in the app, we now use it for a variety of other appt based services.....which in turn has helped us increase business as we offer an easy "book online" click... Support from Tipo has been exemplary,,,,,,we had a recent issue which, once reported, was rectified quickly - with great communication throughout.....busy Flu season coming up now - booking appts via a trusted source in now one less thing to worry about.....highly recommend this app.
