Tolstoy: Shoppable Video & UGC

I really like Tolstoy. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features. In this world of balancing a website, marketing products, social media and AI, I feel like I can get what I need in 1 place. I also get an immediate response when I need assistance. I don't love using the app since they became so AI dependent - you basically have to prompt your way into customizing widgets that you could simply install on the storefront before.

Tolstoy has been a great addition to my Shopify store. I’ve been looking for ways to make my website more interactive and give customers a better way to experience my products, and the video features make a big difference.

I especially like being able to create engaging product videos and connect them directly with my store. It gives the website a more modern, professional feel and helps bring the products to life instead of relying only on photos.

There was a little learning curve while getting everything set up, but once I understood how it worked, I could see a lot of potential for my brand. I’m excited to keep experimenting with Tolstoy and using more of the features as my store grows.

Earl was super helpful and efficient in resolving the fix. Frankly the UI on Tolstoy is not very straightforward and changes so often so gets confusing really quickly but their support team is very helpful and makes it so easy to work with.
