Tolstoy: Shoppable Video & UGC

I really like Tolstoy. They are constantly upgrading and adding new features. In this world of balancing a website, marketing products, social media and AI, I feel like I can get what I need in 1 place. I also get an immediate response when I need assistance. The industry is changing so fast and I appreciate your guidance through it all. Thanks Tolstoy Team

They have really great customer support - special thanks to Mark for solving my issue quickly.

I don't love using the app since they became so AI dependent - you basically have to prompt your way into customizing widgets that you could simply install on the storefront before.

Tolstoy has been a great addition to my Shopify store. I’ve been looking for ways to make my website more interactive and give customers a better way to experience my products, and the video features make a big difference.

I especially like being able to create engaging product videos and connect them directly with my store. It gives the website a more modern, professional feel and helps bring the products to life instead of relying only on photos.

There was a little learning curve while getting everything set up, but once I understood how it worked, I could see a lot of potential for my brand. I’m excited to keep experimenting with Tolstoy and using more of the features as my store grows.

Definitely a useful tool for Shopify brands that want to make their storefront more engaging and interactive.

Highly recommend Tolstoy, not only because it’s a great addition to your site, but because their customer service is also amazing. Earl Sarsuelo is incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in supporting us. He takes the time to understand what we’re trying to accomplish and is always thoughtful about helping us get the most out of the platform. Anytime we have a question or need help, he’s quick to jump in and find a solution. It makes such a difference to work with a company where you feel like there are real people behind the product who care about your success. We are big Tolstoy fans!

Outstanding support from Mark R, who made the entire setup easy and stress-free! We love the results with the product carousel and homepage spotlights, they look fantastic on our website. Highly recommend this app, and a special thank you to Mark for his exceptional customer service. We couldn’t be happier!

I highly recommend the Tolstoy app and their incredible team. From the very beginning, they have been accommodating, responsive, and truly invested in our success. Their ability to move quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and bring new ideas to the table has made them an invaluable partner.

Game changer for marketing campaigns and customer engagement! The AI studio and automated tools save so much time!

Les fonctionnalités de la version gratuite sont limitées et pas utiles tout est fait pour que vous payer la version payante. Utiliser moast c’est plus esthétique la version gratuite

Earl was super helpful and efficient in resolving the fix. Frankly the UI on Tolstoy is not very straightforward and changes so often so gets confusing really quickly but their support team is very helpful and makes it so easy to work with.

Great app, I have been using it for years and it keeps getting better!
