Managing inventory across 10 pharmacy branches requires real-time accuracy because inventory mistakes directly affect deliveries, customer trust, and urgent medical orders.

Inventric helped us manage multi-location inventory much more effectively while also handling critical cart validations in real time. This became extremely important for our business because customers should only be able to purchase products that are actually available at their assigned fulfillment location.

Before implementing these workflows, operational mismatches between stores, inventory, and deliveries created unnecessary friction for both customers and staff. With Inventric, our inventory visibility and checkout reliability improved significantly.

The Toolstr team also worked closely with us on custom operational requirements and clearly understands the complexity of multi-location retail commerce. The app became a critical operational layer for our business.
