Integrated the app because they are promising following:
Optimize your pixel for more conversions with Advanced Matching feature
But could not find anything about this once I logged in paid - would appreciate your help.
I tried this app for a day and had trouble. Now my store is counting double conversions and my pixel wont fire correctly. DO NOT USE

This is the worst app ever. Support team is not bad but app itself is not doing a good job. If you are choosing this app because it is cheaper than triplewhale and hyros don't do it. I lost a lot of money because of this app. Serverside api keeps disconnecting everyday by itself which is affecting ad results very bad.

We are sorry you are experiencing issues with our application. As we know our app is generating the long-term token which usually last for 3-4 months. We believe this is a Facebook issue because of two possible reasons, either changing your Facebook password frequently or logging into multiple Facebook accounts and/or devices. We highly suggest you check with your Facebook support regarding this problem.
Great support and very helpful team! I had an issue with the dashboard and pixel configuration, and they responded immediately. We jumped on a Zoom call, and they walked me through everything step-by-step. They explained the settings clearly, fixed the pixel setup, and made sure everything was working properly.

I was hopping from app to app didn't know how to setup my pixels that they the right one triggers when checkout is reached, normally all would trigger. As i have multiple different products they all need to be seperated, so i hit up the whats app support and in literally a minute somebody replied to me with the solution. Etienne is the real goat he helped me super fast W mans. Keep up the good work.
