Extremely disappointed. The app has been completely down for days, making it useless. To make matters worse, customer support is non-existent. No one answers emails or chats. Save your time and money.
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We experienced a temporary server issue due to an unexpected core server failure from our server provider. Our engineering team resolved it the same day, and the app has been operating normally since.
As many merchants were impacted at the same time, there was an unfortunate delay in our response. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Works great, better than Meta's default CAPI for sure, fast and fool-proof to install. Got a little issue on my end but it was resolved by the support team. Nothing to complain about.
For the advanced tracking, I bet their pricing is very much worth it. We were considering Triple Whale and Elevar which are obviously more advanced but not worth the money for the little extra they give, at least for our business scale.

Helped me with an issue, repsonded quickly, and our untracked conversion through meta ar enow being tracke cleanly. We were missing upwards of 50% of conversions being attributed correclty to meta before using this app. Totally worth it.

I’ve been using the Trackify app for our Shopify store for a long time, and their support has always been excellent with quick responses. Today, I noticed through the Chrome Pixel Helper extension that our store’s currency was being recorded incorrectly. Even though our official currency is set to GBP, the pixel was showing USD in certain sections. I immediately reached out to the Trackify support team, and Etienne along with their dev team resolved the issue within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this app to anyone running a Shopify store who wants reliable pixel and API tracking.

Trackify deinstalled but we still seeing TrackifyXRetarget event in fb manager, why?
Thank you for your feedback. Since Trackify has already been uninstalled, the TrackifyXRetarget event is no longer firing from your store. What you are seeing in Facebook Manager is most likely historical data or a result of your browser cache. We recommend clearing your cache to view the latest data. Rest assured, no active events are running from Trackify anymore.
Everything is working perfectly now with Trackify X. I’m truly impressed with the level of support you provide — prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. Wow - Tanmay was INCREDIBLE and got me back up and running! I installed Trackify this morning (after having a different app installed and getting no help and it was a bit of a disaster) and Tanmay had me up and running within ONE HOUR. It was incredible! Not only that, he taught me about the pixels and how they work properly and the differences between master and collection pixels. I can't recommend Trackify enough, especially Tanmay!
