We've been using this app to give customers a better post-purchase experience, and it's been a great addition to our store. Having a branded tracking page keeps customers on our website instead of sending them to carrier sites, and the tracking updates have helped reduce "Where is my order?" inquiries. Setup was straightforward, the interface is easy to navigate, and everything has worked reliably so far. The support team has also been responsive whenever we've had questions. We had constant order issues with orders not tracking properly. It was also extremely slow, overall we had to move over to another platform because the experience for our customers wasn't great.
