Again not working. They are duplicating prices and now our site is autotranslating suddenly to english (it should be in spanish) and they are not replying. Only the AI agent.
We are exasperated with this app. Always rising prices and its not working at all!
We always find problems and mistakes
The last mistake is that a banner and translations in the home were never updated and now we have to update our price plan if we want to get this fixed.

The main strength of this app is undoubtedly its support team, exceptionally efficient and responsive, especially if you have very specific customization needs for your store.
What also sets this app apart from its competitors is its flexibility and the wide range of options available. You can choose which elements of your store to translate or not : for instance, translating product names can sometimes be counterproductive, and this app gives you the freedom to decide based on your needs.
It also takes into account hidden content that isn’t visible on the storefront but is essential for SEO development in foreign languages.
You can even use AI translation engines to get high-quality, expert-level translations (this option comes at an extra cost and is not included in the base price).
Transcy is a real asset for boosting visibility and sales international.

I’ve been using this app for at least 3 years. I’m a heavy user, translating my store into one language only. It’s not perfect—I can’t give it 5 stars yet because errors appear frequently, even in places that were working fine before. So you always need to keep an eye on everything.
When you run a professional and complex website, it can get frustrating and time-consuming. And now that the chat starts with a bot, it requires even more patience—getting in touch with a real agent may take more effort than it used to.
That said, the app has definitely improved over the years, and there’s a truly dedicated and efficient team behind it. Tonight, Shawn was amazing. That’s the reason I’m still sticking with them. Overall, the value for money is excellent.
If your site has a lot of products and branching logic, this may not be the most suitable app—though to be honest, I haven’t found anything better so far. I genuinely hope I’ll be able to give it 5 stars at some point.

Unfortunately nearly useless thanks to their token price gouging. API input doesn't work and the token price is ridiculous.

From what we can see, the app was reinstalled on March 29 and the Continental plan was selected, then uninstalled again on March 30. It’s possible that your trial period had already ended at that point, so selecting the plan may have triggered a charge.

These are scammers. They take money, but the program doesn’t work and translates nothing. They do not refund the money. They should be blocked on Shopify.
