- We understand your frustration with the translation quality and the differences you've noticed. Transcy relies on the Google Translate API, which can sometimes produce results that vary from the public Google Translate interface due to ongoing system adjustments within Google. We regret any inconvenience this has caused."
- For DeepL concern, we're wondering you misunderstood in choosing DeepL plan. To have integration with our app, you need to choose DeepL API plan, I have seen one of my colleagues is reaching out to give the clear explanation, please let them know if you need further support

I needed the dropdown menu to be integrated into the header of my webshop only showing the language flag. Within minutes I was helped by Polaris from support.
