J'ai utilisé cette application pour la traduction du site en Anglais. Pauline a été super et efficace pour l'accompagnement et en très peu de temps ensuite le site été traduit et déja opérationnel.
The app wasn't working at first for me but then i contacted support and they helped me a lot, The live chat is pretty good and they managed to fix everything which isn't something every support does!
Klasse App, funktioniert einwandfrei und es wird der komplette Store übersetzt, der Kundensupport insbesondere mit Zenny verlief schnell und reibungslos, mein Problem wurde binnen von 5 Minuten gelöst.
This is a great app! I can't say anything but good things about it, it's simple to use and very effective.

Had some difficulty getting it installed, but with the help from the helpdesk (Bo) it was up and running in 10 min. The even optimized the location of the switcher for me. Many thanks for the great customer service !!

I can set my webpage with many different language with Harwin's support!
He set up the switcher place, where i want on me website on the desktop and on the mobile platform! Don't hesitate use this up and the fast support service!

App page is a little misleading. Says there is a free version, but it's only for stores under 60 days old and with less than 5 orders. No issue with the developers wanting to charge for their hard work, but if you're looking for a free appm this isn't it.

In relation to your main concern about Free plan, we have Free plan, however please be advised that we offer a Free plan for stores that are created in more than 60 days and have no more than 5 orders in the hopes of helping them in the early stages. For your case, we are deeply sorry for making you confused because the information about Free plan is not clear enough, however hope you sympathize for us, on App information because of the limit rule of character from Shopify we cannot provide its information in details, meanwhile our concern team is checking on this to avoid misleading in the future

Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
This app is easy to use and managed to translate my whole website (including third party apps). Customer service was outstanding (I dealt with Mr. Lee): they are quick and great at what they do. Mr. Lee was even able to log into my website and make some changes himself to make it easier for me.
Excellent translation features, and excellent customer service support.
I use Transcy to perfect my translations for other language sites and I had some difficulties in using it, but Grace patiently helped me out.
It would be nice if Transcy could directly translate the default language of Shopify admin.
