Shen was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Language translation seems great - we are just setting this up. Can't fault the customer service.
Very simple to use and the assistance is so kind and available with any kind of issue. I have to say that Rosa gave me the best assistance ever!
The support from Transcy was so much better than most I have used, especially when I am only using the free version of the plugin at the moment.
