So happy with this app performance, finally found the perfect translation app after trying out so many. The customer service is also top notch: quick replies, always online and very skilled. Can definitely recommend.

Simply the best service 100% recommended....For some moment I thought that they were not going to attend me late at night but my surprise was that they did attend me, and the problem I was having was solved immediately

Shiro and Nim were SO helpful. So impressed with this app and the customer service. We started off to just trial how well it could integrate into our shop and we are blown away with the app and service. Highly reccomend!

Ich muss sagen das ich selten so einen guten Support erlebt habe wie hier. Alle kleinen Fehler wurden binnen weniger Minuten behoben. Daher funktioniert die App für mich einwandfrei! Vielen Dank an Flora für den Support :)

Superbe équipe très réactive, très gentilles et qui résout tous mes soucis. Par contre certaines traductions ont dû être retraduites plusieurs fois alors que ça avaient déjà été fait. Sinon dans l'ensemble je suis contente.

Llevo 1 año usando Transcy sin problema pero de golpe desapareció el switcher para seleccionar el idioma. Escribí a la asistencia técnica y en poco rato, Ande de FireApps me solució el problema. Muy contenta con el servicio.

FIRST LEVEL SUPPORT from Annie!!. Just awsome fixing everything for me in just seconds. I switched from Weglot to Transcy.

It would be very nice if you can add the feature to tag the customer based on choosen language :)
