I installed this app 2 days ago and everything works great. I want to say that initially I encountered problems in translation, but thanks to the help of the developer's specialists, we managed to fix everything. This app seems like an easy and solid choice to have multiple translations for websites. At first I had some issues for setting it up but the customer service is super fast and efficient. We used this app to translate our store into multiple languages. Automated translation needed some proofreading but worked real fast and actually better than we expected. After we encountered a small bug when manually editing the translation, Shen from the support team helped us and fixed the issue within 15 minutes.
