I am new to the app but so far it looks great on our Shopify store and gets the job done in a clean and pretty way, for low cost. I was very happy with the tech support I received today from Richcarde who helped update our store into several languages and currencies. I am not a tech person but decided to take this on today and happy I did!

UPDATE: According to the support the app doesn't support Shopify template pages, neither page template nor product templates. So for us it is not useful. This app is one of the worst I have come across on Shopify. Terribly buggy and slow. Support is overseas with very limited English proficiency. Unfortunately just a big waste of time and money.

Regarding to your issues as following:
- Glad to inform that the content from page built by theme setting (online store 2.0) is now automatically synced to our app, you not only translate it but also edit it manually, please kindly check it again.
- For the limit of English proficiency from my agent, I personally talked directly to them and have a proper training after that. Also please believe me that single conversation does not reflect the whole support and product quality we have built for years, and I highly appreciate your understanding in this situation.
- About the loading speed, you please confirm our app is loading slowly on your front end (website) or back end (in-app). For making it clear, if it happened on frond end, the button to switch the language called switcher will show around 2 or 3 secondes after your website is fully loaded. If it happended on back end, it depends on how many pages as well as languages you're translating, it means the more pages or languages you have, the slow loading speed it should be.
As I have seen that my colleague has sent you follow-up emails, please let them know if you need further support.

This app is easy to use and they have probably one of the best customer services through all the Shopify apps I have tried. They always answer and do all the corrections in no time. The app has all the features I needed to offer my customers but the automatic translations to Swedish is not perfect although it is very easy to manually fix the mistakes.

I have a multilingual shop. The primary language is Italian and then there are 5 languages. the app is intuitive and well made. the assistance is punctual and solves serious problems in a reasonable time. i prefer it to langshop. the defects concern the synchronization. it is not uncommon to have to translate manually. in the panorama for now is the best

First of all let me start with saying this is the best app support team ive encountered so fast (+50 apps). Its still ay one but by fast execceds all the functionallities of the other language apps like langify, Weglot, etc. glad to have found them. How can the other providers ot understand the term "auto-traslation of content". Huge shoutout to the team!

We used this app to translate one e-shop to Greek. It worked pretty well although there were issues and bugs. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is the amazing 24/7 support! They reply almost instantly in the chat & provide fixes - even code updates pretty fast! It also has a free trial to find out whether it suits your needs - so I recommend trying it out!

This app is very easy to use and let you customize your translations on your site as well in different language. I have now gone for the paid version. If you need any help, the support team helps you out and fix any issue that may appear 24/7. Really happy with the app and the support team. They are great! It is a great app allowing us to have different currencies (at automated exchange rates), user-friendly interface and very good customer support that solves all our problems asap. Only reason we are not giving 5 stars is the speed of the interface, which takes long to load causing obvious delays and, even worse sometimes, saved translations are not properly saved.

The pros about this app are the options for the switcher which are more stylish than other similar apps from a visual perspective and the best of Transcy is definitely the fact that integrates and works perfectly with Shopify markets.
