Amazing amazing support! Where to start... I had many questions and problems with my old translation app. So I was searching for an app with more control over my translations, and without so many restrictions (word count, hidden costs etc.). Pauline from support is fantastic! She helped me with all my problems and concerns and she is such a nice person! She went beyond the normal support and provided extra tips too! Thank you so much! Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
This is a nice transaltion app, with fully automatic translate function yet somehow the content of 3-rd party app cannot be manually edited. That's a limit, otherwise you will have to edit it string by string, that's a way to make sure you have the exact right transaltion you want. You can say it's a good point though. The powerful support team is super helpful, esp Teresa, the best technican I've ever asked, helped me out for a lot of coding based on the app!

Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
I've been using this app for about a month now, and so far their customer service has been phenomenal. My rep Lisa has been extremely responsive, and has already helped with a number of issues with getting everything up and running. Any time I have had a technical issue or question (which has been frequent), Lisa responds in ten minutes or less and has most issues figured out within 30 minutes so I can keep working! Literally cannot recommend this app enough, especially for small businesses.

The product is, as described, excellent. Customer support is fantastic; they are 24 hours a day through live chat and can resolve any issues right away. They are even able to (when given permission) get control over your Shopify to make the necessary changes. I would only recommend making sure whenever you give someone access to your account, so make sure you know what will be done beforehand so that everything is clear for both parties. Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
I am using this App for my online B2B shop and the handling and use is very easy and quick. Automated translations can be edited easily. With this app it was possible for me to install a second language to my store within not even two hours. The support is excellent - even at the weekend I was welcomed by Molly first and guided through the first steps, then Amber took over and helped me with difficulties concerning the installation. She even assisted with editing the code with a developer - I am really impressed of the support! I can recommend the App very warmly!

Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
At first when I started with this app it was really good (for a French translation), few words needed to be corrected but that was okay. Whenever I needed to correct a wrong translation, some bugs in the code appear and I had tags in the middle of my titles or texts. The team was amazing correcting them every time. The only downside I have is that the same bug appeared on my home page (same wrong translation that was corrected previously) and I had to check regularly to make sure everything was well translated. Otherwise, the customer service is really good and nice!

Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
We have been using Transcy several months now (altough it says 5 days for some reason). There's 1000 product limit and we have 3300 products, but there's no way to translate only the products that are online. You'd have to search them manually by using the info from Shopify customer front. We use Prestige theme and the categories don't work. Transcy replied "We're so sad to hear no further support from theme and if theme cannot support on this case, this issue cannot be resolved". We asked help from the theme maker but they replied that they don't do support for third party apps.

Wow! Want a free and easy way to translate your site to another language? This is it. Who doesn't need the ability to translate to at least Spanish? Easiest app I've found - and I've gone through several. I had a few questions and the chat was on point! I had an issue with the mobile feature not working and they requested access to the basic Shopify partner features and when the chat helper couldn't fix it, they sent their tech department and had it fixed within an hour. Then followed up to make sure it worked. SERVICE, baby!! That is beyond important these day. Thank you, Transcy!!!

I use the app for translating from German to English and for currency conversion € to US$. The result is very good, even if you have to manually edit/translate some passages. This happens with hard-coded texts and/or texts for data protection etc. when too complicated word/character combinations make the translation impossible. However, the app offers a warning so that you don't have to search for a long time. I also had a technical problem that was solved quickly and very professionally by Customer Service! Thank you for that.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the result so far.

I must express my extreme disappointment with my experience using this app. While the customer service team was prompt in their responses, it became evident that they lacked a clear understanding of the issues at hand. I invested a significant amount of time attempting to resolve the problems, only to find that fixing one issue led to the distortion of another aspect. Despite my efforts to provide detailed screenshots in an attempt to facilitate problem-solving, there consistently seems to be a recurring flaw in the solutions offered.
There are many things to be improved about this app's functionality.
