Transcy is a very good Tool. It would be great if we would be able to translate the text or the customs pages. Right now i only can translate the landing page and the title of customs pages.
5/5 for sure! Amazing app, what I have been trying to find for ages. Does everything I need and more. Customer service is so so good and helped with an issue I had. Couldn't recommend enough!

Download the app and received help right away. Zenny helped me set up everything and it is working as I hoped. She is very good and this app seems to be able to take my store to the next level.
This translation app is such a nightmare. It doesn't translate all website sections properly and the support is an utter joke. Also, theyve just raised their prices by 50%. I wouldn't recommend!

This app is terribly cumbersome and not easy to use. Without support you are lost. They're all trying, but they made my shop unusable for 24 hours. Never again. I was fooled by the previous reviews.

I'm Brian and we are deeply sorry for your bad experience with us.
As I have checked your case and seen that our agent was trying to help you and replied to you as much as they can. For your last request as checkout page was not translated properly, it's because your checkout link has been set at default by theme, so it still keeps in German and we have to add the dynamic link for them to translate properly. However once it was fixed already, you have not checked it yet and uninstalled our app.
I have seen that one of my colleague has reached out your case by sending follow-up emails, please kindly check it for further support. Looking forward to hearing from you soonest

The app is great and the support absolutely incredible!!! I had a couple of 'problems' that turned out not to be faults but other settings in my Shopify system. Transcy couldn't have been more helpful :)
