Have used the live chat feature multiple times and they are always really quick with responding and solving any problems.
Transcy is an excellent multilingual translation app! It’s easy to use, accurate, and really helps us provide a better experience for international customers. The support team is professional and super responsive. Highly recommended!

Great app. Much cheaper also then Weglot 4 example.
Stopped working while I paid for a whole year. The customer service is a super annoying chat bot. Not happy at all!!!!

Great support, Anna responds very quickly, she's always super friendly, and very patient when it comes to many questions on my part.
The Support Chat was really fast and helpful solving reaccuring issues.
Ich hatte mit meiner Internetseite ein kleines Problem, da viele stellen meiner Seite individuell programmiert wurde.
Die App hat einiges an texte nicht erkannt nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support wurde es innerhalb von einer Stunde geklärt.
