Great app, exactly what I was looking for. Instead of having multiple apps for Language and Currency, this app will combine both functions smoothly in a significant way. Also, the customer support was terrific and very passionate. They did the customization and integrated the app with the theme. Very recommended Thank you

This app has made it easy and quick for us to translate our shop (https://shop.twowheelsforlife.org) into different languages and currencies. We are a charity so it is a little expensive for us but we have had a great service from Lisa who quickly helped us with some issues we are having and is a pleasure to communicate with.

I needed this app to translate some content from English to Swedish automatically for our customers. Overall really good app - great that you can manually edit the text. There were a few errors but I got really fast help from the support to fix those. The customer support is truly amazing, patient and kind. I highly recommend!

I am using the new dawn theme and translated my entire shops in no time. The translation was very accurate from German to English. Also there is a greta feature to overwrite the translation manually whenever you think it's needed. They offer a great support, blasting fast answer and answered my question. Thanks again. Still downloading and breaking the app in. At first glance English to Spanish translation surprised me (positively!). It worked quite nice. Richcarde helped me fix an issue I had specific to my store due to my theme so customer service 10/10. Still need to really use the app and see performance etc. But for now evverything seems solid!

Third party apps are not changeable! Im very disappointed for such an expensive app. It is ok to make the basic translation but when I'm at the Premium Plan and I pay 40 $ per month I expect at least to help me with basic things. At the premium plan they say that I would be able to change images too but this is only for the Shopify admin.

I am new to the app but so far it looks great on our Shopify store and gets the job done in a clean and pretty way, for low cost. I was very happy with the tech support I received today from Richcarde who helped update our store into several languages and currencies. UPDATE: According to the support the app doesn't support Shopify template pages, neither page template nor product templates. So for us it is not useful. This app is one of the worst I have come across on Shopify. Terribly buggy and slow. Support is overseas with very limited English proficiency. Unfortunately just a big waste of time and money.

Regarding to your issues as following:
- Glad to inform that the content from page built by theme setting (online store 2.0) is now automatically synced to our app, you not only translate it but also edit it manually, please kindly check it again.
- For the limit of English proficiency from my agent, I personally talked directly to them and have a proper training after that. Also please believe me that single conversation does not reflect the whole support and product quality we have built for years, and I highly appreciate your understanding in this situation.
- About the loading speed, you please confirm our app is loading slowly on your front end (website) or back end (in-app). For making it clear, if it happened on frond end, the button to switch the language called switcher will show around 2 or 3 secondes after your website is fully loaded. If it happended on back end, it depends on how many pages as well as languages you're translating, it means the more pages or languages you have, the slow loading speed it should be.
As I have seen that my colleague has sent you follow-up emails, please let them know if you need further support.

This app is easy to use and they have probably one of the best customer services through all the Shopify apps I have tried. They always answer and do all the corrections in no time. The app has all the features I needed to offer my customers but the automatic translations to Swedish is not perfect although it is very easy to manually fix the mistakes.
