If you are installing this app, I recommend you go straight to the customer support chatbox and ask for assistance to install the app. The youtube tutorial is dated as the dashboard design and flow is continually being optimized. CS will give you clear instructions with screenshots! Shen is SO helpful and made it super easy for me to install this app. Thank you!
This software is really great, I don't need to operate anything, and the information of my products is automatically translated. You can also choose the corresponding currency, which is very convenient. After testing, I bought the paid version directly. Petey explained to me patiently during the debugging process, and we quickly completed the setup of my shop together.

We use Transcy to make translation of our Polish-English Shopify based e-commerce website. Everything is alright with the app. What's the real benefit is that they provide the best customer support I've ever had. The translations from english to chinese is not 100% for the free plan but it is a great app to have in your pocket to cater to different markets to start. You can upgrade to the premium plans for even better language rules and adaptations for how you want your translations to be

No Transparency, Terrible customer support.
Access request granted to Transcy app team to fix an error that appears in translation and after that some changes on the theme where done , customers couldn't check out. We had multiple changes within the theme to fix this error without any clear communication from them on what was done when we requested a clarification to fix the problem.

What a great app and great customer service. Very easy to install and set up. As a small charity in the UK serving families with disabled children this will help us help even more families where their first language is not English.

The app is far better than the Shopify Translate & Adapt App. Better translation in general and more options for manual interference to adjust translations to your preference and great customer support. I had a translation mistake on my homepage with Shopify's translate App and it was not possible to fix it, not even with Shopify Support. After that I switched to this App and I am satisfied thus far.

Support war gut bis sehr gut, Qualität der KI Übersetzung allerdings mangelhaft. In unserem Fall ist viel nachzubearbeiten, sonst steht im Englischen schon nonsense da. Da wir nur englisch können, verzichten wir lieber auf weitere Sprachen die uns das System anbietet.
Ca. 5-10% der übersetzten Wörter und Begriffe sind falsch übersetzt. Da muss die KI noch ein paar Stunden (Wochen, Jahre?) auf die Schulbank, so geht's leider noch nicht.

Its a very good app, easy to use and helpful customer service!
Thanks a lot to Cassie, she has been the best help. Now everything work great. This app was better for my shop, because I need to translate multiple languages, convert currency and most important I can edit some automatic translating mistakes. A few problems I did come across is that I can't edit third party auto translation which is a headache and they need to look into this asap.
