AI generate reponse. Make so annyoing. And after hours waiting you got with support Giving access to store with collabration request. They still telling you to do this or Messages exchanging . For who can do in second they are always message and telling to ask to do Shopify What ?
I saw with claraity my 3 days audiance dropped cause of they do fix it and customers were not seeing correct currency on Market.
Thanks to make me lost my sales.
I takes some hours to create a new page store in another langauge. So better instead to arrogant per month pay once someone .
Arrogants Support.
I've had a few issues with this app translaing but it is still the best translation app on shopify.
Every issue I've had the support fixed it within 20 minutes,

Customer support is great, helped me setting up the app and resolving all the bugs! Also the translation quality is better than another app I used and it was way easier and faster to translate everything. I still need to evaluate how this app will affect my conversion rate

It's a really good and reliable translation app, especially when translating third-party apps. Transcy works very well.
I always had questions and minor problems, but the entire support team (especially “Clara”) always helped me very quickly.
However, I have to deduct one star because the translation of the same words in different products was not consistent (upper case, lower case) and I had to rework a few things as a result.
And it takes a while to find your way around the menu, the navigation could be a bit clearer and easier.
Once you get used to it and understand the menu and navigation, it's a "very good" translation app overall.
Update from October 15, 2024:
I changed my rating to 5 stars today. The updates to the app in the last few months and weeks have been really great. The app is so good now, and if I have a small problem, I always get help quickly. Like today from "Polaris", but the other support employees also always help very quickly and are very competent.

I highly recommend the Transcy App for Shopify! It has proven to be an indispensable tool for my international business strategy. The app is user-friendly, responsive, and makes translating and localizing the store a breeze.

I had some doubts first due to some issues with currency not updating and the popup in the mobile browser being in front of the menu. However, I got a really quick response from the support and Chris, who changed the popup to an icon and made it much more convenient to use. If you are looking to have both EUR and USD currencies in your store, this is a great option.

disaster for 11 euro per month I can add only one language the default language is also counted and the other plans with more features the price is insane 30 euros per month .... for the new shop this is insane . unsubscribed !!!

- With the basic plan, you can add 2 target languages, default language is not counted. Also we have clearly stated on the pricing plan, please help me check it
