Ho provato altre App ma nessuna mi ha soddisfatto come questa. I clienti di altri paesi mi chiedevano di modificare i prezzi nella loro valuta e finalmente oggi ho risolto questo problema. Garlic è stato gentilissimo e mi ha aiutato ad installare l'app in pochi secondi. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff. Siete i migliori.
We've been using this app for a while now and it's been great. Everything works and their customer service is super fast (even on the weekends). Definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple translation app for their site.

Ik ben erg ontevreden over de support over deze app. Jennifer wil totaal niet met je meedenken en verwijst je van kastje naar de muur. Elke keer wordt je verwezen naar de Theme support maar blijkt de fout wel bij hun te zitten. Erg vervelend ik hoop dat ze in de toekomst dit gaan veranderen anders ga ik naar een andere app kijken.

This application is perfect, but the impressive thing is the customer service, every problem I had was solved in an instant, the team is always ready to answer you and help you, you don't have to wait even 1 minute that they have already answered you and they are solving the problem.

The Transcy team has very responsive, hands-on support team. However, this did not translate into a working app. Ultimately, it failed to consistently translate the content on the page after hours of me working with their team to try and troubleshoot the reason. They sent me a video saying "see it works" and, in the video itself, it didn't work.

Jennifer from support is really slow. I have asked to connect with another agent, but nothing happens. Translation doesn't work properly on mobile pages, but I can't find help for this. And all the problem is not over here. Today I am dealing with Johnson from support. I have site speed decreased from 77 to 49. And all the language selections are messed up.

If you are installing this app, I recommend you go straight to the customer support chatbox and ask for assistance to install the app. The youtube tutorial is dated as the dashboard design and flow is continually being optimized. CS will give you clear instructions with screenshots! Shen is SO helpful and made it super easy for me to install this app. Thank you!
This software is really great, I don't need to operate anything, and the information of my products is automatically translated. You can also choose the corresponding currency, which is very convenient. After testing, I bought the paid version directly. Petey explained to me patiently during the debugging process, and we quickly completed the setup of my shop together.
