back office is working much better & faster than before - good service and improvement.
This is a great translation tool. I have over a dozen languages that need translation, and it handles all of them. The staff are also very nice—they helped me with some technical issues. I highly recommend it.
Thank you! Managing over a dozen languages is no small feat; glad Transcy is making it easier for you. And we'll pass the kind words along to the team. Whenever you need anything, we're here!

Very helpful and quick support, even over the weekend.
Very helpful and available support team. My problem was handled and solved within the afternoon.
Not the cheapest, but probably one of the best. Support is also really fast.
I had problems regarding the gemini api token. They resolved the issue quickly.
Raymond was truly excellent; he resolved my issue right away. I was quite anxious about the situation, but they responded immediately—thank you very much.
good support team
App function is little complicated, and wish the manuals improved and renewed. But support is so kind and fast
