I modify my review because a customer service employee invited me to comment when I had not yet tried the application. I needed to make some modifications in the switcher and the customer service was terrible, they tried to help me but they did not have enough knowledge to do it and while they were making changes the language selector looked terrible on my online website... I will have to look for other options

Great app for translation.. The support is great with very fast reply to your questions.. Easy to manage all your translation with the transcy app.. The app also lest you change photos for different languages.. Would like to have a feature that lets you also change the link of the photo that way I could arrange for example all the product categories on the home page in alphabetical order when translated into another language.

The Transcy app is amazing once you learn how to set things up properly. Our website has now been translated to over 25 languages thanks to this app. Their customer service and development/tech team provided stellar support to resolve some pretty complex issues that we were having. It would be very helpful if you were to make it clear that to make it all work AFTER all the pages have been translated and the green stripe is showing, that the "Switcher" switch button must be turned ON by moving it from left to right. I have paid your service for several months, without receiving it because I was not aware of this important detail. Besides that, it is very well and accurately translated into my chosen languages. I really like this app. It is so easy to use. The only think it's missing is the possibility to change the translation from third party apps. Right now it automatically translate from your own language to the selected language with no possibility to make changes to the translation. Sometimes you have to make changes to the translation, so it sounds right and grammatical is correct. So I really hope this will be something that soon will be available :)

I used this app to translate my website parapaquetes.com / supplies.shop from spanish to english. It was a bit confusing at first but after getting to know the app it became easier. Customer service was a bit slow until Andy showed up. I had a 404 error when switching from language to language and he helped me out quickly. I will upgrade to the essential plan once I have my media ready. I cant wait to test my website in different countries. Thanks a lot!

This is a nice transaltion app, with fully automatic translate function yet somehow the content of 3-rd party app cannot be manually edited. That's a limit, otherwise you will have to edit it string by string, that's a way to make sure you have the exact right transaltion you want. You can say it's a good point though. The powerful support team is super helpful, esp Teresa, the best technican I've ever asked, helped me out for a lot of coding based on the app!

I've been using this app for about a month now, and so far their customer service has been phenomenal. My rep Lisa has been extremely responsive, and has already helped with a number of issues with getting everything up and running. Any time I have had a technical issue or question (which has been frequent), Lisa responds in ten minutes or less and has most issues figured out within 30 minutes so I can keep working! Literally cannot recommend this app enough, especially for small businesses.
