Still trying to figure out all the functions. So far, I can see that this app offers more than most other apps do. The biggest advantage is that they have a live chat. Andy from customer support helped us a lot so far.

Transcy relies on the Google Translate API, which can sometimes produce results that vary from the public Google Translate interface due to ongoing system adjustments within Google. - For DeepL concern, we're wondering you misunderstood in choosing DeepL plan. To have integration with our app, you need to choose DeepL API plan, I have seen one of my colleagues is reaching out to give the clear explanation, please let them know if you need further support
