The App is agreat idea, but it is pure pain to implement everything correctly. In the end it didnt work, it messed my my whole currency section, displayed ridiculous prices. nobody from the support could help me/ understand the problem. the support is prompt and really tries its best. They directly come in your shop and try to fix things, but that made everything worse in my case.
Because its dealing with very sensitive topics like currencies and dislayed prices, which can only be realtime edited (formatting etc.) be very careful. I lost a lot of money and customers thanks to this app.

At the moment, since you also use Shopify Payment and set up the currency on Markets, the currencies are managed by both Shopify Payment and Transcy.
I have explained to you how the currency works in each situation via our support ticket.

This is a very good application. Our customers are from different countries and it provides our customers with different languages as well as currency conversion which is very customer friendly.
Customer support is great, when we didn't know how to set it up, we contacted customer service and they responded quickly and solved the problem for us.

Didn't work correctly (only showed 2 currencies on the switcher, but I had selected all currencies)

This plugin seems quite impressive with its rich features. Although it's a bit pricey, I believe it could be beneficial for generating more orders. I'm still testing it out, such as assessing its impact on website speed. Also, a special thanks to Polaris for their support.

Love this app for translating our Shopify store, especially the custom liquid sections—it’s a game changer.
Wishing we could tweak the custom sections ourselves down the line, but for now, Transcy’s nailing it with the auto-translate feature, something we missed in Shopify’s own Translate & Adapt app.
Big thanks to their support team—Cris, Giselle, Polaris, & Bo—you folks are awesome! Got our language switcher looking sharp in the footer and blending in seamlessly with our theme. Really appreciate the help!

Excellent support, nothing beats theirs. Great features.
Only con is that it is maybe a little bit expensive compared to competitors. Wish the growth and premium plan was the same at the price of growth.
But great reliable application. And support is 10/10 (I have used them the support a lot hahaha)

Just downloaded the app, wanted to make sure all was working, Giselle, an absolutely 10/10 customer support rep, helped me make sure all was working smooth for my store and customers, stayed on chat for 30 minutes would have had to be to make sure all was operating smooth. Now my store is fully optimized for other currencies and language. I have to mention again Giselle, one issue we faced when making sure all was working, was a glitch translating a timer on another app, she and her team went into my stores code and personally saw to it that the issue would not persist, and fixed it! Can't say enough. Great app, even greater team support!

The price only show the subscription. It is misleading that they write "Unlimited advanced AI translations" as you have to pay a monthly add on to the subscription based on youe amount of products you want to get translated - this for sure is not transparent.

1. For the misleading information, we have seriously noted and will take it into consideration. However, actually we're offering "Unlimited advanced AI translations" for all plans
2. For this concern "as you have to pay a monthly add on to the subscription based on youe amount of products you want to get translated". For making it clear, at that time, you were on the choose plan section and it suggested you with the relevant plans based on your business scale, however you can refer all plans and select the most relevant plan to start

I tried several similar apps, but none managed to make it work with my theme. In the end, I tested Transcy and encountered the same problem there until Fanny and Bo from support helped me for several hours until everything worked.
