Buggy! Translated only parts of the page. Screwed up the reviews from Judge.me altough they write that they integrate with Judge.me and now all my reviews are gone after I allowed them access to my site. Now I have to ask support from Judge me to rectify the problem and hope nothing worse then that.

Customer service was very helpful and patient with troubleshooting to get my store set up and the products partially translated based on the maximum number provided in my selected plan. I'm still exploring the app and different options but wanted to leave feedback now per customer services request.

Easy to use,
Dev are available and fast reply when any issue happened.
Translation are fine. The tools translate are simple. Just press a button and it's done.
You can set some rule like ignore "streetwear" while translate so in every languages, it remained untranslated.
I recommend the app.

Having used several translation apps, this is the best I've found.
The management background is opened quickly and the translation is accurate. What impresses me most is the working attitude of the service staff Rosa and their technical team, who are very patient to help me solve the difficulties I encountered.

We've been using this app for a while now and it's been great. Everything works and their customer service is super fast (even on the weekends). Definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple translation app for their site.

Ik ben erg ontevreden over de support over deze app. Jennifer wil totaal niet met je meedenken en verwijst je van kastje naar de muur. Elke keer wordt je verwezen naar de Theme support maar blijkt de fout wel bij hun te zitten. Erg vervelend ik hoop dat ze in de toekomst dit gaan veranderen anders ga ik naar een andere app kijken.

This application is perfect, but the impressive thing is the customer service, every problem I had was solved in an instant, the team is always ready to answer you and help you, you don't have to wait even 1 minute that they have already answered you and they are solving the problem.

The Transcy team has very responsive, hands-on support team. However, this did not translate into a working app. Ultimately, it failed to consistently translate the content on the page after hours of me working with their team to try and troubleshoot the reason. They sent me a video saying "see it works" and, in the video itself, it didn't work.
