This is the most friendly and easiest to use among Translate APP I did try.

außer einige Schönheit Fehler, ok. Die Übersetzung schlägt fehl bei größere Texte, die Geo Location sollte nicht nur den Standort sondern auch die Lieferadresse berücksichtigen, weil sonst falsche Versandkonditionen benutzt werden, am besten sollte der Kunde wählen können vor den Check Out.

Regarding to your issue as following:
1. As you mentioned "The translation fails with larger texts", for making it clear there're some special texts and you should not translate them to avoid its format broken because some texts are customized by special format, even if includes code inside text, translating them will lead to the broken format
2. For the rest of issue about Gelocation and shipping zone, actually our app just help you translate text, we're not allowed to interfere to the code of Shopify settings especially Shipping zone. Therefore, please help us contact Shopify for better advice. We have seen that one of our colleagues is following your case, she gave you clear explanation, please kindly check your email and let her know if you need further support

Excellent service from customer helpdesk and special thanks to Alene. Integrated the language switcher into my theme seamlessly. Looks good on desktop and mobile view. Very fair price plan, loads quickly in the Store Admin which is an issue with some other apps I tried out. Very much recommend Transcy.

Habe zuvor zwei andere Übersetzungs-Apps verwendet. Beide habe nicht ihren Zweck erfüllt und meine Website übersetzt. Als ich diese App installiert habe, hat sich direkt ein Kundenberater gemeldet und mir alles installiert. Meine Website war binnen 5 Minuten in 5 Sprachen übersetzt! Herausragender Support durch Daisy und noch dazu am Sonntag!
Very happy with everything. Translating a whole website is a lot of work so this app can really help with this.
Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the content to translate but if you spend some time in this APP you will figure it out.
They could add a extra feature to choose to translate third-party apps individually. Now you can only do all or nothing.
But overall 5 stars, good support very helpful.

Would have chosen another app if I could rewind - im using dawn 2.0 & it's just not working as it should.. Support is very responsive and helpful - but it seems like from my end - A lot of small issues / bugs.. Just doesn't work properly tons of places where I suddenly need to update my translations again, html tags included in text all of a sudden. Reverting to old translations without any cause, using 20 USD subscription..

Transcy - Translate Language and Convert Currency
The support is fast to reply, but the app itself is not translating properly and accurately. Using the basic plan now and added 2 languages. One of them is Italian and the app translates the word Vest (piece of clothing) to News. I reported this to them and they said they can't change it for me, I would need to upgrade my plan and be able to edit the language. I also had issues with EN, banner text blocks would simply not translate. Not very happy about this app, I uninstalled it from my store.

Regarding to your main concerns as following:
1. For making it clear the difference of between basic and advance language. For basic and advance language, your store will be automatically translated by AI Translation system, but for advance language you can edit the translation, for basic because of its limit you cannot edit its translation. It's a known issue that we are using an AI Translation System including Google, so sometimes quality will not meet customer's expectation due to specific language/context/situation/business industry. However, we guarantee that the system is being upgraded frequently, and the quality keeps improving when time goes
