Super expérience avec ce module ! Il me permet de connecter Shopify à Trello de façon simple et vraiment pratique. J’avais une demande un peu spécifique : générer automatiquement une carte Trello à chaque nouvelle inscription client. Hakeem, le développeur de l’app, a été hyper réactif. Il a compris tout de suite ce dont j’avais besoin et m’a développé la fonctionnalité rapidement.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai une solution parfaitement adaptée à mon organisation. Hakeem est toujours disponible, à l’écoute et très professionnel. Je lui ai soumis d’autres demandes depuis, et à chaque fois il répond vite, avec sérieux et efficacité. C’est rare de tomber sur un support aussi impliqué.
