L'équipe de Trueprofit à un SAV très réactif après une première déception.
- L'application fonctionne très bien, je pense que d'ici quelque mois elle sera parfaite en ajoutant quelques petites fonctionnalité manquante mais pour ce qui est de lire les données rapidement je recommande. L'app mobile est un vrai plus non négligeable

Had a bit of confusion setting up the cost of goods based on customer order quantities, and Durra quickly helped me understand how to do it. Aside from that, TrueProfit is an amazing app.. super easy to use and great for analyzing data. Nothing feels better than seeing accurate numbers with just one refresh! Highly recommend.

I like the team behind TrueProfit, and I really like the app. Several times they setup a Google meeting with me to help me understand the features, and how the data is displayed, which I struggled with, which is not the apps fault, I just wasn't understanding some of the data I was looking at. Well, after a thorough conversation with Grace, I feel so much better, and I know how to read my sales data correctly. If you are looking for an app to help you track every bit of spend and expense, and I do mean every bit, within Shopify and even outside of Shopify, like external software you use, etc, give TrueProfit a try and be patient. Takes some getting used too, but once the app is setup it is a really great and easy way to track profits and charges allowing you as the store owner to know exactly where your money is going and how much you are taking in.
