If you're running ads, you need this - it's that simple. We were trying to scale and the attribution data just didn't add up when stacked up against our Shopify sales with Google and Meta both laying claim. There also seemed to be inaccuracies as to which ads were really converting and we knew that Meta was being fed incorrect data back from Shopify.
I'd looked at a few options for sort out tracking data but what I really liked about TrueRoas was the detailed reporting that it provides. It's not just sorted the tracking, it's given us complete visibility of the order journeys, both as a detailed audit but also as an overview.
If you want to scale your ads, I really would recommend TrueRoas. Don't assume that Meta is giving you the correct information - in my experience, it has always massively inflated its achievements!
Sure, you can save money by installing just a tracking app but if you're serious about scaling, the amount of reporting information this system provides is on a different level.
Oh and for Claude/ChatGPT fans out there, you can connect to the MCP for TrueRoas. It's brilliant as I can just pull a daily report that shows me exactly what our campaigns are doing.
Tried to contact them and join the set up call nobody showed up and i can't get a hold of the support via chat.
Positive note the pro plan is cheaper than getting the basic with the API.
Nice to see that the product costs and fees are calculated into the reports
Sounds like there was some error with the call. Your message arrived outside our active support hours, but that’s no excuse for a poor onboarding experience.
We added a $100 credit you can use towards your Shopify payments as well to mend the wounds!
We’ve already sent you a message in our direct chat to help you reschedule your setup call directly with Rasmus. Our team is ready to get everything tracking perfectly for your store!
Working with the team at TrueROAS has been great. They are attentive to our needs and have helped us get the most out of the platform. Definitely worth the cost. Other attribution tools are at least 3X the cost, often with bloated features that you won't use. TrueROAS is the perfect balance for ecom brands.
heel handig voor pixel data
INSTALLED FOR TEST uninstalled AFTER 2 HOUR .
THEY charged subscription FEE AFTER 7 DAYS .
Hey, not sure how that happened but OF COURSE we'll refund you. We'll process it right away. If you want to test us again, you can do it for free of course! /Rasmus
Great app! Helps to understand what creatives to use in meta.
Really good customer service if you get stuck and easy to understand tracking which keeps improving. I feel like these guys are on the cutting edge of things. a competitor is currently heavily advertising that they send data back to ad platforms as if that is a unique thing, but TrueRoas has been doing this for year.
Gives accurate data that other platforms just don't provide.
the best accurate tracking. easy to set up. especially perfect if youre just starting out and dont want to spend all your profit on expensive tracking software
Very good service in the setup and excellent tracking performance.
