Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

I have been looking for a program to synchronize my stock for years. As a small business owner the programs out there were either too expensive, too complicated or did not include all sales channels. Trunk saves me time and reduces stress. No more order cancellations because items are out of stock!

Trunk has been instrumental in helping us manage hundreds of SKUs in real-time, especially with our larger bundle products that are dependent on smaller units. Trunk also allows us to synchronize our Shopify inventory with our wholesale channels. What used to take days now takes literal seconds, and we never have to worry about updating inventory across all of our sales channels.

My etsy store has been growing steadily but I had held off on opening Shopify in parallel because of the inventory sync problem. I wanted something simple that would do exactly what I need without paying for a lot of features I don't use. Trunk has 100% delivered on this! The dev team are extremely helpful and responsive. Trunk has been such a huge blessing to our business! I spent so much time trying so many apps. I sell on Shopify and Amazon and needed an app that would sync up my inventory by sku. I also needed to be able to sync with QB . This app does all of that. The customer support has been nothing less than exceptional. James is amazing and so helpful. Trunk has been an absolute saver for me. It syncs my Etsy and Shopify inventory extremely fast within seconds. Now I do not have to worry about manually updating the stock after a sale has happened and it gives me so much peace of mind. Also, their customer service has been fantastic. Thank you so much, we truly appreciate your program, it works so well for syncing our store POS system (square) to our Shopify website. The inventory is adjusted in real time and it works pretty seamless! Should we encounter any issue, Trunk is always so quick to respond and super helpful. Trunk is a great tool to manage inventory while selling on various channels. The app has been incredibly useful to prevent oversale of inventory by syncing and changes instantly when sales occur. The bundle / kitting feature also solved a big challenge where we have some SKUs that are comprised of sub-variants. Overall, the app has saved us a lot of time and effort on inventory management.

Trunk is perfect for us and saves us time from counting by hand on an excel spreadsheet and always being worried of overselling. It's also great that we don't have to update quantities on every platform when we have an out of stock product. We use it to sync our inventory on Etsy, Shopify, Faire and Square. It is a simple beautiful tool and James is always helpful even after business hours.

Signed up for Trunk as I needed an inventory management system between my website and my wholesale platform. Set up was very easy to integrate between all sites. Cost was extremely reasonable compared to other sites I looked into. So far it's been flawless and I now have the ease of mind knowing that I have accurate inventory management and no chance of overselling something I don't want to.

I've been using Trunk to sync my Etsy & Shopify shops since May 2019 before Truck had even been approved as an available app on Shopify. I have never had any issues... I've had a few questions & James has always been super quick to respond & walk me through whatever changes needed to be made. I never worry about my inventory being incorrect& the price for this kind of service can't be beat.
