Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

Trunk has been exactly what I needed to allow me to sell on three platforms. It was easy to setup, get going right away and is spot on in syncing inventory on all three platforms. It is a very well thought out system and works great! I also love the inventory stock alert feature as well as stock lookup by SKU or partial product title.

It took me a while to understand the concept since eBay and Amazon would often issue sku numbers that were different from those I input in Square. James was very patient and took the time to explain how to sync items on the different platforms and now everything is working well. Definitely will end up saving lots of time down the road.

The app and the team are fantastic. They did multiple bulk uploads of 1000s of records which are allowing us to really manage complex inventory with nested bundles very efficiently. PLUS the app uses SKUs instead of shopify variant IDs. Using variant IDs would just be a management nightmare the moment you import something the wrong way.

Trunk has been a gamechanger for our small business! We use it to sync our stock between Etsy and Shopify. It updates in real-time which is important to us, as we have many orders coming in on a daily basis and didn't want to risk it. We especially love that it's automatic and we don't have to manually sync stock! Highly recommended 10/10!!

Incredible customer service. James is the best! We wouldn't have been able to launch on time without him. Truck has been great for tracking inventory on our baby bundles and jewelry sets. I no longer need to manually take each product out of inventory, Trunk does it for me. It is wonderful having the peace of mind that my bundles and sets will show up as out of stock if any of the products included are sold out. Also, the customer service has been excellent!

I chose Trunk among other applications and I do not regret my choice. Very easy to use, and the possibilities of being able to connect several shops suits me. I have been breathing for two weeks now because the application takes care of the management of my large inventory (about 900 products). I have more time to do something else! Thank you so much guys!
