This app is not ready to be used. Not user friendly at all. Their widgets don't work, you can't add them on your website even though it's presented as an option. Support is lacking, they respond in line 3 days. Not a great experience would try Loox.
hi, thank you for your feedback. In response, I've created a Trustpilot UI widget for everybody to use. Please see the video tutorials at: https://www.programmerhat.com/how-to-get-started-with-ez-trustpilot-integration/
Could you update your review once you get the chance? I'd really appreciate it since it tanked my app rating to 3 stars.
doesnt work, no customer support either
I don't know how you can say "no customer support" since I replied to your email 6 hours after you sent a request. Could you reach out to me? I can reset your free trial period and give you a $5 re-activation bonus. hello@programmerhat.com
also what part of the product are you saying "doesnt work"? UI Trustbox widget or the automated email followups? Based on your email, you said you couldn't get past the paywall, which is unusual since many others have been able to install and use the widget successfully.
