I had no clue what to do when I 1st opened the app. Anna popped up in chat and was able to walk me through it, no problem. She was very sweet and patient, as I struggled to navigate my way through the process. but in the end her assistance had me clicking through the steps like a pro. Adding product reviews from Amazon is very simple. It would be even better if the image of the featured review could be customized. In addition, the customer service Tracy is very helpful. She will help solve any problems during the use. I have been using their app and it is very helpful for the store.

This review app has a great UI design, making it a perfect match for Shopify themes. The customer support is very responsive—I encountered issues with reviews not displaying correctly a few times, and after reaching out, they resolved them within minutes. They were also very patient in teaching me how to handle such situations. The free subscription plan already meets most of my needs, highly recommended!

I think the app is very helpful and easy to set up. I imported some of the reviews using their template. I reached out to CS since I had added the entire link of the product in the template not the "handle" as they needed it to be and CS was super prompt and helpful. I will continue using them, highly recommend the app.
