I've only just installed this app but it's simple to set up and to customise. I had a slight issue but I contacted their online chat and Joyce fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Very impressed so far.

The customer service is impeccable. I have been looking for a review app for my website for so long today, none of them compare. Rosie was an absolute gem, after she saw 1 thing wasn't working she got it fixed immediately and then proceeded to completely personalise my reviews exactly how I wanted them.
