We added trustMinder to better understand our customers and their experiences with our website, brand and products. It has been extremely easy and insightful. The surveys are flexible and simple to tailor, and the insights go well beyond basic scores. Dashboards are automatically populated with analyzed insights and easily shared.
On top of that, the support has been excellent. The team is responsive and proactive, and they genuinely care about helping you succeed.
