They were amazing help in transitioning from an old review app and I know I can reach out anytime if I ever encounter issues! Everything is easy to navigate and it has all the features we need. The price is very reasonable too!
After being let down by another app that abruptly closed without any way of exporting years of reviews we thought we were going to have to start from scratch.
Fortunately the TrustShop team had our backs and did some tech witchcraft to pull the reviews from the old app without the need for their broken export link.
I really appreciate the effort that went into saving our reviews and 5 stars is definitely well deserved.
Thanks again
Dear Angy Paws,
Thank you for the wonderful review! We know how much years of reviews mean to a store, so we're delighted our team could recover them from your previous app despite the broken export. We're here whenever you need a hand.
Warm regards,
TrustShop Team

Customer service for this app is very good, very quick to reply and help you setup the app and also import reviews from another review app. Overall very good so far.
Dear valued merchant,
Thank you for your kind review! We're happy to hear our support team was quick to respond and could help you with both the setup and importing your reviews from your previous app. Preserving that hard-earned social proof is something we take seriously.
