Friday afternoons used to involve going aero bar stool deliveries and checking every new address. Most were fine, but there would usually be someone outside our Xhafzotaj delivery area. Then we’d have to contact them, explain, refund it, adjust the order numbers etc. We already had the suburbs listed on the website. People just went straight to the products and ordered, which I can understand. Having the postcode checked at checkout fits much better with how people actually shop
Delivery within United States only was on the product pages, the delivery page and the cart. Still got orders for Gloss Drip Lip Gloss from outside our area. Happy to have something that actually catches the postcode before payment. The notices clearly weren’t doing much on their own.
No funciona.
No tengo ningún agente escribiéndote.
-----
I don't have any agent writing to you. The emails and the WhatsApp messages you received, I
write them, me myself. I make these apps.
I stand behind them. If something was wrong, you could always have written to me. I'll configure
the app for you, just tell me what you need.
I run over a million validations a day for merchants. Saying the app simply doesn't work is a
false claim, and it isn't fair to years of work.
--
Our records show no attempt to configure the app before it was uninstalled.
Many merchants use our app successfully. Incorrectly blocking checkout can lead to lost sales, so we take these reports very seriously. We’ve tried contacting you several times by email and WhatsApp but haven’t received a response. We remain available to investigate what happened and help with setup.
