Gave it quick test and very quickly realized it is woefully under developed and lacks very simple modifications that most stores will need.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Unicall.ai, customer feedback is a top priority and helps us improve. We noticed your test lasted only 46 seconds, during which the voice agent followed our standard security protocol by declining to share customer data without reference information and offering to escalate your request to the merchant.
We would have loved for you to explore the app further. If you can share more specific feedback about your expectations or intended use case, we’d be happy to look into it.
Thank you again,
