Top-notch performance and reliability. This uploader app deserves nothing less than five stars for its outstanding functionality.
I am truly grateful for the exceptional support I received from the customer services team. Your timely assistance and friendly approach deserve a glowing five-star review
La aplicación es muy buena y el equipo estupendo también. Tuve un problema con el auto-tagging y fue solucionado rápidamente! Muchas gracias!
We used this app after our old one started to give us problems. We were blown away by the design, the functionality, and the responsiveness and helpfulness of the support team. We couldn't be happier with this app.
The customer support I received was fast and pertinent to my issue. No firm is perfect, that is an impossible expectation, but I am happy with the support, and the App seems to be working appropriately.
I am using this app to allow clients to upload an image for a quote on t-shirts. The support I received was outstanding, in one day everything was up and working brilliantly. How can they only have 5 reviews? It should be 1000's.
This app does exactly what I was looking for! The support is above excellent!! There were some styling issues in my theme which screwed up the file uploading popup, but the devs helped me with that and solved the issue in no time! Thank you!!
Une application simple et efficace!
La meilleure qui soit pour que mes clients puisse télécharger une image, la recadrer et voir l'aperçu.
Le support technique est aussi très réactif.
Merci beaucoup!
Great service, for this amount of subscription. It has made it way easier and it looks neater than the previous web address link. Very pleased with this service, looking forward to grow together!
Update : Helpdesk got in touch after this review and worked on it. Review updated. Support is never around and doesn't seem to be of assistance when needed. Have an issue with their JS script and have sent a few emails but no update on when the issue is to be resolved.
Hi!
I'm sorry this took our developers best part of a day to work through -- it was tricky because the problem was unrelated to UploadKit, and we had to figure out which of your other apps was disabling the add to cart button. We've sent you the details about where we think the problem is coming from and who you should contact to resolve it. It seems that everything is working well now, but please let us know if we can still help with anything.
Thanks!
- Uploadkit and Toby are stand-up guys! Easy to integrate and looks really good.
- I got the best support I've ever experienced with another Shopify app.
- If you need photos attach with your customers orders, then this is the app you MUST have!
