The simple fact is that can you directly integrate live shipping rates from your apps (such as, Eniture, or any freight calculator) into Google Merchant Center.
Hi Wiping Hub. I see that you simultaneously opened a support case. Thank you for doing that. We'll use it to request additional information from you so the circumstances of the "first click" behavior you reported can be properly investigated.
Regarding the Google Merchant Center... It does not adequately handle shipping for anything other than what it refers to as "common carriers" (E.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS). I'll refer you to the following document to Google's Merchant Center Help:

I am on trial and app is very complicated, no proper support on chat. Only email and many things not get clear. However guide is there but my experience it is not easy enough to get expected output
The app listing does not offer "chat" as a supported channel for customer support. This should not be a surprise.
Immediately after a merchant installs this app, an email is sent to the store owner's email address with instructions on how to contact our support staff. By phone: 404-369-0680 x2, by email: support@eniture.com.
This merchant didn't take advantage of either of these avenues.
Best app ever on Shopify it looks like special design for the purpose I'm shipping with UPS Freight now called TForce Freight
