I'm still getting familiar with the app, but so far I've had only good experiences. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of customer support. She has responded promptly, factually and to my complete satisfaction. Thank you very much, I will recommend it!
I got charged amount under "professional fees" even when I uninstalled this app within the trial period. This is unacceptable. Pls refund the amount.
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the situation.
Our records indicate that the app was used for 10 days, which is beyond the 7-day free trial, and the charge was therefore automatically applied by Shopify under “Professional” plan. Please note that all app billing is handled directly by Shopify.
We understand how this can be confusing, and as a gesture of goodwill, we’re happy to offer a full refund. Please reach out to us and we’ll be glad to assist.
