We have had a really great experience with Koala Gifts. The app is easy to use, works reliably, and makes it incredibly simple for us to automatically add free gifts to our customers’ orders.
Even though we only use a small part of all the features the app offers, it does exactly what we need it to do and saves our team time in our daily order handling.
The support and service from the Koala team have also been excellent. They are friendly, helpful, and genuinely seem to care about their customers.
A very well-built Shopify app that we are happy to recommend to other store owners!
