Misleading app - IT DOES NOT MAKE CUSTOM/BRANDED DOMAINS. Requires sign up from 2 different third party apps to even generate a short link.
Hello there,
You can create a custom domain short link from the app as well. I think you haven't checked our custom link creation feature. I also see from the support threads that I didn't see any conversation you had with our support team. You have shared your feedback without getting help from our team. I request you reach out to our support team using the below email address.

➝ Our app uses Bitly and Tiny platforms to create a short link so you must have to subscribe to their website and those are free.
didn't work. blank

This super APP saves us a lot of time and it is very easy to use. The installations is effortless.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us.
Great idea team identixweb! But what will be greater is if you also have the option to shorten the url with our store branded name instead of the google, bitly or tiny. That would be so grand!
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We have implemented the functionality to have shortened URLs with your store's domain name, please check.
Doesn't work at all
I noticed that you installed our app on your store, "ZOOMNSTORE," on September 17. You used it briefly for about a minute, then uninstalled it and left a one-star review. I also noticed that you have not contacted our support team regarding any issues you are experiencing.
I’m sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Could you please let me know what issue you encountered so I can assist you? I kindly request that you give us a chance to help you with the app setup in your store.
