We have had a great experience using this app. Everything from set up, to transactions and UI customization. Along with that the support team has been clever quick to assist with any of our teams. Would definitely recommend.

I'd like to add that even though we had a little bit of a harder start, the team did absolutely great, went above and beyond with customization to reach the wanted outcome. Paresh was great in handling our requirements and communicating them to the Dev Team.

Support has been initially good, but as time has gone on, there appears to be a reluctance to answer specific questions about functionality which is rather frustrating.
I am not sure why this is.
